Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders are shipped from NSW post code 2515 via Australia Post.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by Australia Post based on the weight, dimensions, and destination for your order.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
VacProtect currently ships to: The EU, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, South Africa, and the USA. If your required shipping destination is not listed, please contact us at admin@vacprotect.com. 

--Shipping to the EU, UK, Canada, NZ, Mexico, SA:
All orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post. Please note that import duties and taxes vary depending on the country and are the responsibility of the customer. If they apply, they will need to be paid either upon delivery or import to destination country.

--Shipping to the USA:
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection require duties to be pre-paid when shipping commercial orders from Australia to the United States via a postal carrier such as Australia Post. As of 24th July 2026, duty charges are based on the product type (HS Code) and where it was made (Country of Origin). Duties are calculated based on order value and added to your total on the Check Out page.

Liability
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners. We will do our best to assist by contacting our couriers to investigate any issues with your delivery. More information on International Shipping & Customs Duties/Taxes
  • Customer Responsibility: For all international orders (except for the USA), import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Payment on Arrival: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery or when the package reaches the destination country.
  • Potential Delays: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. As we have no control over these charges, we cannot predict what they may be. In some cases, packages may be held at customs, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • Refusal of Package: If a customer refuses to pay the customs duties and taxes upon arrival, the package may be returned to us or abandoned. In such cases, we are not responsible for any refund of the original shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
